  • Soothe or enhance your senses with a choice of classic aromatherapy oils from Cliganic brand. Choose Eucalyptus, Lavender, Orange, or Peppermint. Full body application mixed with our regular massage oil.

  • Full body treatment: CBD massage oil, CBD muscle recovery lotion, and CBD salve. Helps to ease pain, inflammation, and promotes overall relaxation. THC-Free product from Hempfield Botanicals.

  • Modern cupping using silicone cups. Recommended for tricky knots or tight areas. Cupping uses “negative” pressure or suction, which helps loosen fascial tissue, increase circulation, reduce pain, and improves recovery. Cups will be placed on focus areas for 10-15 min for max benefit.

  • Heated basalt stones. Great for prepping tense muscles, decompressing or relaxing after intense focus work, tired or sore calves + feet, or just adding warmth to your massage. Choice in sampler (focus areas only) or full body application.

  • Hydrate and relieve dry, cracked feet with a foot repair cream. Natural ingredients made with shea butter and medical grade manuka honey. Product: Foot Rescue by First Honey

  • Also known as "Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization" (IASTM). Tools will be used to help with breaking down scar tissue and adhesions (knots). Recommended for chronic tension/tightness and pain relief to increase circulation and assist with muscle recovery.

  • Enjoy a 5 min relaxing scalp massage of your session with peppermint essential oil. You may feel tingly sensations, the aroma is refreshing to the senses, and help calm those pesky headaches or migraines.

  • Red Light Therapy (RLT): a noninvasive treatment that uses low-level wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to penetrate the skin and stimulate cellular function.

    30-60 minute treatment.
