My past experiences in the massage industry began at franchise locations in 2019. I discovered that in the corporate world, there was a significant gap between a genuine client-therapist connection and a tailored service that provided consistency, flexibility, results, and body awareness.

Many of the clients I have worked with have reported that they were unsatisfied with how impersonal their experiences were, or that they struggled to find a massage therapist who could not only offer customized care, but also considered their well-being as top priority.

Where healing is sacred.

In 2024, I made the bold decision to leave behind the “comforts” of corporate culture to focus on building a business that aligned with my core values, and where I could provide treatment with proper care.

Operating my private practice has empowered me to learn more about whole-body healing + holistic health, and where I have truly blossomed in becoming an empathic practitioner: embodying healing, harmony, and self-compassion.

My mission is to provide compassionate and individualized care for those who seek a quiet and non-judgmental space in order to give back to the body, and nourish the soul.

Intuitive bodywork

Each body comes with its own individual needs. Instead of offering specific or specialized modalities, I focus on your unique pace while blending techniques. Attention to detail and your health history matters.

Goal-oriented

Whether pain-management, routine maintenance, post-op recovery, or relaxation, my target is to ensure that your body feels at its best, and that you are heard. Communication and active engagement is essential for optimal treatment.

Integrity, transparency, and professionalism are my core values + the foundation of my practice. As an Idaho-Licensed professional, client safety and authenticity within my scope of practice is highly considered.
