My past experiences in the massage industry began at franchise locations in 2019. I discovered that in the corporate world, there was a significant gap between a genuine client-therapist connection and a service that provides: consistency, flexibility, clear results, and body awareness.

Something that became clear in a franchise environment was a common theme of impersonal experiences and a strong priority on sales-driven results. However, providing quality care has always been my primary focus, which is why the path of private practice better suited my work style, professional training, and personal beliefs on how massage therapists deserve to be treated.

Where healing is sacred.

In 2024, I made the bold decision to leave behind the “comforts” of corporate culture to focus on building a business that aligned with my core values, and where I could provide treatment with proper care.

Operating my private practice has empowered me to learn more about whole-body healing, and where I have truly blossomed in becoming an empathic practitioner; embodying healing, harmony, and self-compassion. This is where I can truly prioritize the well-being of my clients with honesty and integrity.

My mission is to provide compassionate and individualized care for those who seek a quiet and non-judgmental space in order to give back to the body, and nourish the soul.

Each body comes with its own individual needs. Instead of offering specific or specialized modalities, I focus on your unique pace while creating an integrative experience.

Whether pain-management, routine maintenance, post-op recovery, or relaxation, my target is to ensure that you are heard. Communication and active engagement is essential for optimal treatment.

Integrity, transparency, and professionalism are my core values + the foundation of my practice. As an Idaho-Licensed professional, client safety and authenticity within my scope of practice is highly considered.

Presence

My work reflects my belief in humanitarian efforts and desire to help + educate my community. Providing a safe space to nurture a healing mind & body allows me to meet my clients where they are.
